  This is too many medications a person is asked to take. Imagine how badly their arm, or wherever the shot is inserted at, will hurt after. There has to be a less painful way for them to feel relieved. Look below at the other picture.

 This lady is at peace doing yoga, rather than getting a whole bunch of liquids shot up her arm. It is important because yoga calms the body down and makes it less tense. Having a good deal of shots going into your arm can make a person really tense.

  1. I highly agree with you on this. Me personally I am frightened of needles and i believe yoga is a much more agreeable and relaxing way to sooth a person or calm them.
